Rachel van der Merwe (Poon) has a diverse background in product marketing and client development. Rachel started their career as an Account Manager at Strike Force Sales in 2007, where they managed client relationships and campaigns. Rachel then moved on to become a Client Services Manager at the same company, overseeing marketing campaigns across multiple countries until 2011. Rachel transitioned to PwC as part of the National Client Development team before joining SAP Concur in 2012. At SAP Concur, they held various roles, including Market Development Manager for Asia Pacific and Director of Product Marketing, leading teams and executing marketing strategies. Most recently, Rachel is the Head Of Product Marketing at Peak, where they continue to leverage their experience in driving product marketing initiatives.

Rachel van der Merwe (Poon) holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary, with a focus on Communication - Rhetoric and Discourse and Business Management. Rachel also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Macquarie Business School.
