Lori D.

Lori D. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lori began their career as a Milieu Therapist at Childrens Medical Center of Dallas in 1992 before transitioning to the role of Child Life Specialist in 1994. After almost a decade at the medical center, Lori took on the role of Stay at Home Mom in 2001, where they worked until 2020. In 2018, they joined Puritan Financial Companies, Inc. as a Licensing and Contracting professional until 2020. Currently, Lori holds positions at Peak American Financial Companies, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources and Compliance since June 2020 and as the President since January 2022.

Lori D. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Baylor University. Lori then went on to earn a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from the University of North Texas. In addition to their degrees, Lori obtained a certification as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in June 2020.
