Erika Hill

Erika Hill is an experienced bartender currently working at Buffalo Wild Wings since January 2024 and serving as a Catering Event Bartender and Bar Captain at Peak Beverage since January 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Food and Beverage Server at Olive Garden from August 2016 to July 2023 and as a Cocktail and Food Server at Market Street Grill Utah from September 2018 to March 2020. Erika also has a background in restorative justice, having interned with Hawaii Friends of Restorative Justice from February 2018 to August 2018 and with the Pacific Centre for Peacebuilding in Fiji from May 2016 to July 2016. Erika earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho and attended Brigham Young University–Hawaii from 2014 to 2016.
