Nick Holmberg

Nick Holmberg is an experienced operations manager currently working at PeakMade Real Estate since December 2023. Previously, Nick held the role of Regional Property Manager at Varsity Communities from July 2023 to December 2023, overseeing a portfolio of residential properties in Ontario. Nick served as Director of Resident Experience and Campus Relations at Integris Student Living from April 2021 to July 2023, managing the resident experience for over 5,000 beds across nine properties. Prior to that, Nick was a Residence Life Coordinator at American Campus Communities from July 2017 to April 2021, responsible for a student residence with 890 beds and its programming. Nick also contributed as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at The Laurentian University Students' General Association from August 2014 to June 2017, overseeing a $2 million budget and various operations. Earlier experience includes managing staff and programming as Playground Director at The Corporation of the Town of Ajax from May 2011 to August 2014. Nick holds two Bachelor's Degrees from Laurentian University in Sport Psychology and Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching.
