Kyle Oler

Mr. Oler is the Director of Capital Needs at Peak Capital and is responsible for overseeing capital renovations at properties within the Peak portfolio and assisting in due diligence of new acquisitions. Kyle has been inspecting multi-family apartment communities since 1998. Kyle began his career as the founder of Realty Check Inspections, a property inspection firm specializing in apartment complexes. Since that time, Kyle has performed over 4,000 inspections or Capital Needs Assessments in 36 states for private investment entities, HUD, Rural Development and institutional lenders. Kyle obtained Bachelor of Science degrees in both Construction Management and Business Management from Utah Valley State College. Kyle is a LEED Accredited Professional and member of the US Green Building Council with current certifications from HUD and the American Society of Home Inspectors.
