Kira Tchernikovsky

Kira Tchernikovsky is a versatile marketing professional with significant experience in CRM and digital marketing. As Co-Founder and CMO of Customerization since January 2021, Kira focuses on helping businesses succeed through tailored strategies and expert knowledge of Zoho CRM. Kira also serves as a mentor for business process automation and CRM at the Toronto Region Board of Trade, and acts as an external consultant for BDC, promoting revenue growth for Ontario businesses. Previous roles include key positions at HSBC, where Kira led B2B product marketing efforts, and Credorax, overseeing global marketing initiatives. Kira’s expertise is further enriched by a strong educational background, holding an M.A. in Information Science from Bar-Ilan University and a B.A. in Archival Studies from Ural Federal University.
