Krystal Than

Krystal joined Peak Dental Services in 2019 and is thrilled to be a part of Peak’s rapid growth strategy. She holds a strong belief that healthy relationships are the north star to overcoming the biggest obstacles. Her role supports the continual process of championing a high performance culture that is both challenging and engaging.

Prior to joining Peak in 2019, Krystal worked in several industries over the course of 18 years, ranging from startup to Fortune 500. Her experience in building process, infrastructure and collaborative environments as the human resources leader is key to the overall business mission. Krystal has been involved in non-profit work for over 20 years. She currently serves as a Board Member to Firefly Autism and The Women’s Bean Project. In addition to her professional life, Krystal is a proud wife to her husband Van and mother to their son, Tyler.
