Katlyn Meggers is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Application Engineer at Peak Energy since May 2025, Katlyn previously held similar roles at Form Energy, where responsibilities included technical support for proposals and project planning. Katlyn also participated as a Fellow at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute in 2024, focusing on the transition to a sustainable energy future. Prior experience includes working as an Energy Storage Engineer at Burns & McDonnell, specializing in large-scale battery energy storage systems, and as a Lead Analyst at 1898 & Co., where market assessments and risk modeling for energy storage projects were key duties. Earlier roles at Deloitte and KU Innovation Park involved technology implementation and strategic business analysis. Katlyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Kansas and has completed the SELF Engineering Leadership Fellows Program.
