Qianran He

Qianran (Katherine) He, PhD, is an experienced investment associate at TDK Ventures, focusing on early-stage tech startups in sustainability and social value. In addition to current roles as an investor at Peak Energy, Novalith, and AM Batteries, Qianran has a track record of contributions in energy and materials science, including senior engineering experience at Nanoramic Laboratories and entrepreneurial leadership at the National Science Foundation. Qianran co-founded the Volta Foundation, advocating for the energy storage ecosystem. With a PhD in Materials Science Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and academic achievements from Stanford University and Shandong University, Qianran has garnered numerous awards and patents in innovative battery technologies.
