Jason Hepler

Jason Hepler has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Jason started their career at D&H Distributing as a Collection/Research Manager, where they worked from April 2005 to May 2013. Jason then joined Celerity as a Senior Business Analyst, contributing to various business acceleration consultancy projects. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Business Technical Analyst at Highmark. Jason then moved to Capital BlueCross and held the position of Senior Business Analyst from July 2015 to May 2020. After that, they joined Highmark Inc. as a Manager of Medical Cost Management Analytics, and later took on the role of Director of Medicaid Medical Cost Management. Most recently, they are working as the Director of Operational Analytics at Peak Health starting from August 2022.

Jason Hepler earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University in the years 2001 to 2005. Jason later pursued a Master of Health Administration degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Penn State Harrisburg, which they completed between 2016 and 2019.
