Project Manager at Peak Living

Alex Nelson has a diverse background in various roles, primarily in facility management and real estate. They started their career as an HVAC laborer and shop manager at Sorenson Heating and AC from 2003 to 2006. Following this, they worked as an electrical laborer at VM Electric in 2009. They then transitioned to sales at Industrial Supply from 2010 to 2011 before becoming a warehouse worker at Brigham Young University from 2011 to 2012. They gained experience as a facility management intern at Conrac Solutions in 2012. Alex also worked at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where they started as a facilities manager intern from 2012 to 2014. They then became an associate facilities manager from 2014 to 2016 and eventually advanced to the position of facilities manager from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, Alex worked as a real estate agent at Realtypath from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of project manager at Peak Living, LLC starting in 2019.

Alex Nelson attended Brigham Young University from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Facility and Property Management. Prior to that, they attended Utah Valley University in 2010 and 2011, but did not acquire a degree or specify their field of study. In August 2016, Alex obtained an additional certification as a Utah Real Estate Sales Agent License from the Utah Division of Real Estate.
