Freddie Glenn Descuatan has a comprehensive work experience in various leadership roles in the operations field. Freddie Glenn is currently serving as the Director of Operations and Site Director at Peak Outsourcing since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Infocom Technologies Inc. as the Associate Vice President of Operations and Site Lead from June 2020 to August 2022.
Before their time at Infocom Technologies, Freddie held the position of Senior Manager of Operations at inspiro from January 2015 to June 2020. Freddie Glenn also worked as the Operations Business Head for the Data Services Group at Qualfon from May 2014 to January 2015.
Freddie's previous roles include serving as the Operations Manager at SPi Global from March 2012 to May 2014. Prior to that, they worked at TeleTech, starting as a Customer Service Representative and progressing to roles such as Operations Supervisor, Senior Operations Supervisor, and Service Delivery Manager. Their tenure at TeleTech spanned from July 2006 to December 2011.
Freddie began their career as a Technical Writer and Video Editing Lead at Silliman University Steaming Media Services from May 2005 to March 2006. Freddie's extensive experience showcases their proficiency in leading and managing operations teams, optimizing performance, and fostering positive client relationships.
Freddie Glenn Descuatan attended Silliman University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Leading at a Distance," "Time Management: Working from Home," and "Working Remotely" in April 2020.
