Lishuo Zhang

Lishuo Zhang has a diverse range of work experience in the field of technology and design. In 2013, they worked as a UX Designer Summer Student at the Institute of Great Wall Consultants. In 2014, they worked as a Mobile Application Developer at OTT Financial Service. The following year, Lishuo had an internship as a UI/UX Designer at the City of Toronto, where they designed and developed a mock-up of an Open Government web page. In 2015, they also worked as a UX Designer Freelancer at Jam3.

From 2016 to 2019, Lishuo held the position of UI/UX Designer & Front-end Developer at TransCore Link Logistics. During this time, they worked on multiple projects and collaborated with software developers and project teams. They also participated in converting application structures and maintained brand identity across applications.

In 2019, Lishuo joined BMO Financial Group as a Senior Frontend Developer and played a crucial role in migrating legacy APIs to Amazon Web Service (AWS) to meet enterprise standards. They developed lambda functions using NodeJS framework and managed IAM roles creation with Terraform. They also deployed services to different environments and monitored them using CloudWatch and Kibana logs.

Currently, Lishuo is working as a Senior Frontend Developer at Peak Power Inc, starting in 2020.

Lishuo Zhang holds a Master of Information degree in Information System Design and Knowledge Media Design, which was obtained from the University of Toronto from 2014 to 2016. Prior to this, Zhang pursued a Bachelor of Management degree in Management Information Systems, General, from Peking University between 2010 and 2014.
