Lorenzo Ramos-Mucci has a diverse work experience. In 2009, they began working as a Lab Assistant at Yale University School of Medicine. In 2010 and 2011, they were a Summer Research Intern at Yale University. In 2012, they were a Summer Research Intern at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Research Technician at the Massachusetts General Hospital. In 2014, they obtained a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Twente. In 2015, they were an Intern at MedinCell. In 2016, they began their PhD studies at the University of Liverpool, where they worked on ligament pathology in osteoarthritis. In 2020, they became a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Oxford, NDORMS. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Senior Scientist - Single Cell Genomics at Relation Therapeutics.
Lorenzo Ramos-Mucci received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biomedical Engineering from Yale University between 2008 and 2012. Lorenzo then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Twente between 2014 and 2016. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Learning Python from LinkedIn. Finally, they received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Musculoskeletal Biology from the University of Liverpool between 2016 and 2020.
