Kritika Kashyap

Economist, Vice President at Peak Re

Kritika Kashyap has a diverse work experience in finance and impact investing. Starting as a Vice President in Research at Morgan Stanley in 2011, they later moved on to a similar role at Barclays from 2018 to 2020. In 2021, they transitioned to impact investing, working as an Ecosystems Builder at Dream Impact and as an Impact Investment fellow at AVPN. In 2022, they further expanded their expertise by serving as a Talent4Impact Fellow at both WWF and Ogier, focusing on sustainable investments and bankable nature solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Economist Vice President at Peak Re.

Kritika Kashyap completed their Bachelor of Technology in Bioengineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in 2009. Kritika then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, they also participated in an exchange program at the University of Lausanne - UNIL, where they studied Finance, Economics, Game theory, Business Administration & Strategy as part of their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Additionally, they hold several certifications in areas such as Climate Change, ESG Investing, and Asset Management.
