Jim Lott has extensive work experience in various management and leadership roles. Jim is currently a Managing Director at Peak Rock Capital since 2020. Previously, they served as the Chief Information Officer at GTCR LLC from 2013 to 2020. Before that, they worked at Lafarge USA as the CIO and Vice President of Information Technology in 2012. From 2001 to 2012, they held several positions at Lafarge, including Group Vice President of PMO & Change Management and Director of PMO. Prior to Lafarge, they were the Director of Client Services at Yellowbrix from 1999 to 2001. Jim also worked as a Project Manager at NIC Commerce/E-Fed and as a Communications Specialist at DSTI in the 1990s.
Jim Lott obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Jim then pursued an MBA in General Management and Marketing at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.
