Rowena Lara

Rowena Lara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and HR management. Currently serving as the HRIS Manager and HRIS Team Leader at Peak Support since October 2023, Rowena previously held the role of HRIS Analyst at Alorica Teleservices, Inc. from August 2017 to October 2023, where responsibilities included auditing employee movements in Oracle and ensuring timely reporting. Earlier roles at Alorica Philippines, Inc. involved HRIS administration and compliance management, alongside experience in project management and support at DTSI Group. Rowena began a career in HR as an HRIS Administrator at ALORICA PACIFIC RIM, INC., and has a foundational background in technical support and computer instruction. Rowena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from STI College Makati.
