Sweet Ariane Ibones currently serves as a Real Time Analyst at Peak Support since December 2022, following an extensive tenure at SYKES from December 2014 to December 2022, where responsibilities included roles as Report Analyst, Real Time Analyst, Senior Customer Technical Support Representative, and Customer Technical Support. Sweet Ariane holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of San Jose-Recoletos, completed in 2014, and is currently pursuing a Vocational Course in Caregiving at UHA Caregiver School, set to conclude in June 2024.
