Alex Duncan possesses extensive experience in technical support and installation services, currently serving as a Cloud Support Engineer at Peak UpTime since December 2021. Previously, Alex held the position of Double Agent at Geek Squad from September 2005 to March 2022, providing expertise in residential and business PC and network installation, diagnosis, repair, and smart device support. Alex is also recognized as an ISF™ Certified Calibration Expert and has specialized skills in Logitech and URC™ universal remote controls. Alex's educational background includes completion of studies at Adair High School from 1996 to 2000.
