Jakub Bański

Jakub Bański is a Consultant specializing in Wind Energy Strategic Consulting at PEAK Wind since May 2023. Previously, Jakub served as Business Development Team Lead at Shyne Labs, managing the Operations Team, enhancing B2B business, and successfully launching products in a major beauty retail chain in Germany. Jakub implemented a new sourcing strategy that significantly reduced costs per unit, and led various operational initiatives including launching an ERP system and orchestrating the outsourcing of logistics. Additionally, Jakub has experience in eCommerce and financial auditing from roles at Westwing Home & Living and ENGIE Polska. Academically, Jakub holds multiple degrees in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability from Technische Universität Berlin and SGH Warsaw School of Economics, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Global Business from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a semester at the University of Ljubljana.
