Louise Haugaard W. Haahr

Louise Haugaard W. Haahr is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at PEAK Wind. Louise focuses on employee satisfaction and motivation while leading local culture initiatives aligned with PEAK Wind’s values. Previously, Louise held various leadership roles at K2 Management, including Chief Human Resource Officer and Manager of Quality Management Systems, where responsibilities included developing ISO9001 certified quality systems. Louise also gained significant experience as a Senior Implementation Manager at Siemens Wind Power, managing onshore and offshore projects, and has an international coaching certification from the International Coaching Community. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Export Engineering and Mechanical from the Engineering College of Horsens and advanced certifications in leadership and coaching.
