Betina Chan-Martin

Betina Chan-Martin has a range of work experience, starting with their current role as the Chief Product Officer, Ed Tech at PEAK6 since 2023. Betina also serves as an Advisory Board Member at DailyKarma since 2022. Prior to these roles, Betina worked as the Senior Director of Product, Enterprise and Sustainability Services at Aspiration from 2022 to 2023.

Before that, they worked at HITRECORD as the SVP of Product & Tech from 2022 to 2022 and as the VP, Product from 2018 to 2022. During their time at HITRECORD, they played a crucial role in transforming the company into a collaborative marketplace for artists, musicians, and more. Betina successfully raised a Series A funding and grew the creator community by 350%.

Betina also has experience as a Senior Technical Product Manager at Ring from 2016 to 2017, where they were responsible for launching Ring in Europe and migrating the e-commerce store to Shopify. Betina served as the Head of Product at Twigtale from 2014 to 2016 and at StudyMode in 2014.

Prior to these roles, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at DEFY Media from 2012 to 2013 and as a Product Manager at Hulu from 2007 to 2012. Betina's career began at A9.com, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer from 2003 to 2007 and played a key role in launching a9.com and maps.

Betina Chan-Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from William & Mary. Their major was in Computer Science, with a minor in Biology.
