Lisa Pozarich

Lisa Pozarich has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Lisa recently worked at PEAK6 as a Director of People Technology, where they played a crucial role in managing and optimizing the company's HR technology. Prior to that, Lisa worked at PEAK6 Investments as a Total Rewards Consultant, contributing to the company's compensation and benefits strategies. Lisa also gained valuable experience at i.am+ as a Director of People Technology and Operations. Lisa's earlier career includes roles at Blizzard Entertainment and Vivendi Games, where they specialized in HR technology and systems management. Lisa began their career as a Cost Accountant at Applied Magnetics.

Lisa Pozarich received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara in 1991. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University - Santa Barbara, completing it in 1996.
