Mira Peled Kamar

Mira Peled Kamar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and medical sectors. Currently serving as President, Managing Partner, and Co-Founder of Peaks Giza Ventures since 2022, Mira also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Peaks Ventures Consulting LTD since 2010. Mira's previous roles include Chairwoman at Glyconia, where innovative immunotherapy targeting cancer cell sugar coatings is a focus, and Managing Partner at Compass Ventures Group, leading medical-related activities. Mira's leadership experience is further highlighted by CEO positions at Applied Immune Technologies, BioMimic Pharma, and Molecular Imaging. An academic background includes a Post Doctorat in Life Science from the University of California, Berkeley, a PhD in Biochemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science, and advanced degrees in Medical Sciences and Biology from Tel Aviv University.
