Mark Howden

Mark Howden is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Peaks & Plains Housing Trust since May 2019. Prior to this role, Mark held positions such as Head of Residential Development at Balfour Beatty Regional and Head of Regeneration at Balfour Beatty Investments. With a background in Infrastructure Projects and a Master's degree from The University of Manchester, Mark has a wealth of experience in the housing and development sector.
