Kenya Carter is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-pressure kitchen environments. Currently serving as the Executive Chef/Banquet Chef at PeakStar Consulting Services since January 2022, Kenya previously held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Carver Hotel Group from July 2017 to February 2023, as well as at The Ellis Hotel from July 2012 to July 2017. Kenya is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta, holding an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training, earned between January 2005 and February 2007.
