Ashis Ghosh

Ashis Ghosh has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ashis co-founded Peanut Robotics in 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a project lead at UC Berkeley Coleman Fung Institute for Engineering Leadership from 2017 to 2018. In 2016, they co-founded Axial, a company that launched a web-platform for eSports teams. Ashis also worked as an entrepreneur at The Next 36 and as a co-founder and CEO at Smirk, where they built an NLP-based recommendation engine for restaurant search and booking.

Ashis Ghosh also gained experience in the aerospace industry, serving as Rocketry Lead and Aerodynamics Lead at the University of Toronto Aerospace Team from 2013 to 2015. Ashis was responsible for designing and building rockets and leading a core team and also conducted aerodynamics workshops. Additionally, they worked as a project coordinator at BOMBARDIER in 2014, supporting Senior Project Managers on a large capital project.
