Charley Howes has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, specializing in the IT and tech sectors. Currently, they are the Founder and Managing Director of PT Renewables, a recruitment agency focused on the renewable energy industry. Charley previously held the position of Managing Director at Peaple Talent, where they managed a team across various service offerings. They also worked as the Head of Practice at Randstad, held various consultant and managing roles at Consortia and Montash, and served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at RedRock Consulting and Spring Technology.
