Rory Donaldson has a diverse work experience in various roles within the recruitment industry. Rory started their career as a Team Leader at Everyone Active - SLM, where they managed a team of Lifeguards and ensured the adherence to standards. Rory then went on to work as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays, where they placed candidates into permanent and temporary positions. After that, they joined Opus Recruitment Solutions as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in Software Testing. Rory then worked at Amber Resourcing as a Recruitment Consultant, focusing on technology roles across different areas. Following this, they worked at The Engage Partnership as a Senior Recruitment Partner, specializing in Information Technology hires. Rory later joined Randstad UK as a Senior and Principal Recruitment Consultant in the Technologies division, before moving to their current role as a Principal Talent Scout at Peaple Talent, where they focus on finding the best talent in the Digi-Tech ecosystem.
Rory Donaldson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History from The University of Sheffield between 2010 and 2013.
