David Mayhew

David Mayhew is a seasoned realtor at H. Pearce Real Estate Company since January 2007, specializing in residential sales, particularly weekend and year-round homes along the Connecticut shoreline and catering to first-time homebuyers. Recognized as one of the top realtors in Connecticut by Connecticut Magazine in March 2011, David also brings extensive experience as a consultant for the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, as the owner of David Mayhew Communications, and as a publicity consultant for The Performing Arts Center at Purchase College. Prior roles include Director of Marketing at Paper Mill Playhouse and McCarter Theatre, as well as Director of Communications at Long Wharf Theatre. David Mayhew holds a degree from New York University, earned between 1974 and 1978.
