The team, consisting of a Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, and Administrative Manager, ensures that Pearce Renewables is staffed with skilled professionals to maintain service excellence across Wind, Solar, Electric Vehicle (EV), and Energy Storage Systems (ESS) infrastructure.
