Jill Myers (Gagnon)

Director, Operational Support at Pearce Services

Jill Myers (Gagnon) has extensive work experience in the renewable energy industry, specifically with GE Renewable Energy. Jill began their career in 2005 as a Program Coordinator at the U.S. Energy Association, where they gained international work experience. Jill then joined GE Renewable Energy in 2007 as a Wind Training Operations Specialist, responsible for coordinating training courses and managing facility projects.

From there, Jill progressed within GE Renewable Energy, taking on roles such as Lead Buyer for Wind Turbine Manufacturing, Senior Buyer for Wind Towers, and Senior Wind Project Manager. In these positions, they focused on material sourcing, supplier management, and project execution for wind turbine contracts. Jill'sresponsibilities also included aligning global supply strategies with business objectives and driving cost optimization and inventory management.

Jill later transitioned to a leadership role as the Global Blade Fulfillment & Cash Leader at GE Renewable Energy, where they led the strategic sourcing execution for wind turbine blade supply and implemented KPIs and operational rhythms to drive visibility and action plans. Jill achieved significant results, such as inventory avoidance, on-time delivery improvement, cash optimization, and cost reduction.

In 2013, Jill briefly worked at GE Power & Water, where they served as the Global Projects Operations, Resource Management Leader, responsible for resource planning and capacity modeling for the Thermal business segment. Jill also participated in GE Energy's Project Management Leadership Program, a rotational leadership program that exposed their to different aspects of project management.

Currently, Jill is working at Pearce Services as the Director of Operational Support.

Jill Myers (Gagnon) pursued their education extensively in International Economics and International Relations and Affairs. From 2001 to 2005, they attended American University where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs with a minor in Russian Language. Jill furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Economics from American University, from 2005 to 2007.
