John Kipfer

John Kipfer has extensive experience in federal sales and business development within the telecommunications and technology sectors, having held key positions at various companies including Level 3 Communications, Verizon Federal, Light Tower/Crown Castle, and NOVEC-Telecommunications. At Level 3 Communications, John served as the Director of Federal Sales, successfully exceeding quotas through multiple federal contracts. At Verizon Federal, John was a Senior Client Solution Executive/Team Lead, focusing on solutions for multiple branches of the federal government. In more recent roles, John has been the Director of Business Development at Pearce Services and the Senior Director of Sales and Engineering at NOVEC-Telecommunications, leading sales and engineering efforts for federal and public sector clients. Additionally, John has served as a Senior Election Official in Montgomery County Government since 2004. John is also an active candidate for a Master of Business Administration degree from Grand Canyon University.
