P Rajesh started working at Pearce Services in November 2021 as an Engineer 1 and also worked as an Engineering Assistant from July to December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at the Society of Automotive Engineering at LPU from February 2018 to May 2020 in the Braking Department.

P Rajesh attended Lovely Professional University from 2017 to 2020, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
