Scott Haselden

Scott Haselden has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Scott began their career at BELLSOUTH TELECOMMUNICATIONS INC in 1998, where they served as a Network Manager and later as an Engineer & Project Manager. During their time at BELLSOUTH TELECOMMUNICATIONS INC, Scott was responsible for managing installation and repair technicians as well as designing network infrastructure. From 2005 to 2008, they held the position of Senior Quality M&P Process Manager, where they developed process improvements and procedures for Construction and Engineering functions within the Southeast 9-state region of AT&T.

In 2008, Scott joined AT&T as a Six Sigma Black Belt, applying statistical tools to improve processes and reduce defects. Scott later went on to become an Area Manager Outside Plant Planning and Engineering Design, overseeing construction and engineering rehabilitation analysis in the Southeast region. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Associate Director of Wireless Customer Service Centers, where they led a national dispatch center handling service affecting repair and maintenance issues for mobility site infrastructure.

Since 2016, Scott has been working at Pearce Services, initially serving as the Vice President of Planning & Engineering and currently holding the position of Vice President of Corporate Development.

Throughout their career, Scott Haselden has demonstrated a strong background in telecommunications and engineering, with expertise in process improvement, network operations, and project management.

Scott Haselden obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Finance from Auburn University, which they completed between 1993 and 1998. Later, they pursued a Six Sigma Black Belt certification at AT&T QMS from 2009 to 2012. In 2009, they obtained the Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I from AT&T, and in 2010, they achieved the Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
