Andrea Gray Lazor

Andrea Gray Lazor has extensive experience in operations management within the marine and logistics industries. Currently serving in Northeast Operations at Pearce Worldwide Logistics, Inc. since December 2020, Andrea previously held the position of Director of Operations at Tuckernuck Yachting from January 2015 to March 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as Marina Manager at Conanicut Marine Services, Inc. from April 2010 to December 2014, where responsibilities included budgeting, hiring and firing, and training for a facility with 160 moorings and 100 slips. Notably, Andrea increased the marina's mooring capacity from 70% to 100%.
