Akshit Bangar

Akshit Bangar is a versatile professional with extensive experience in fashion and branding. As the Founder and Creative Director of Urban Darzi since October 2020, Akshit champions upcycling and circular design within the fashion industry. Aside from leading Urban Darzi, Akshit serves as a Partner and Brand Strategist at Niraala, crafting innovative marketing solutions. Akshit also contributes to academia as a Visiting Lecturer at several institutions, including National Institute of Fashion Technology India, Pearl Academy, FAD Institute of Luxury Fashion & Style, and Anant National University, focusing on topics such as luxury brand marketing and upcycling. Previously, Akshit held roles as a Circular Design Consultant for FREAKINS, Co-founder and Editor of Select Magazine, Brand Strategy Consultant for Lal10, and Business Development Consultant for Whitenoise Design. Akshit holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Nottingham University Business School.
