Christy L. Foley, Esq. is an experienced legal professional and educator with a diverse background in law and mediation. Currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer in the Legal Studies Department at the University of Central Florida, Christy instructs undergraduate and master's students in both online and in-person formats. As a Mediator and Arbitrator at E-Mediation Services, Christy facilitates virtual mediation sessions that enhance convenience and reduce tensions. Christy operates a law practice focused on intellectual property, contract law, and small business issues, representing clients across various entertainment sectors. Additionally, Christy has significant teaching experience from prior roles at Full Sail University and Kaplan Test Prep, as well as a background in sports as a Figure Skating Coach at RDV Sportsplex. With a Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University, Christy combines legal expertise with strong communication skills in both academic and professional settings.
