Elishah Yehudah

As People Services Generalist, Elishah supports the People Services and Legal Manager in the administration and management of the full life cycle of human resources and compliance matters. Prior to joining Pearl, Elishah briefly joined the legal field, completing internships and serving as an attorney in the public sector and city government. She then enjoyed nine years working in luxury hotels and hospitality. Six of those years she spent in guest-facing roles, and her last three years she served in a Human Resources capacity. From her time in hospitality, she developed her spirit of service leadership and love for serving as a culture and values ambassador for organizations.

Elishah was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She is now a happy resident of Pompano Beach, FL, where she enjoys nature, palm trees, the beach, year-round weather ideal for running, and outdoor living. She is passionate about holistic wellness (mind, body, and spirit) and personal development. She enjoys reading, running, swimming, meditation, yoga, self-care, self-love, positive self-talk, and showing kindness and compassion for herself and others. For Elishah, loving friends and family can be the sweetest medicine for the soul. She is the youngest sister of three older brothers and has seven nieces and nephews, ranging from age 7 to 26. She views being a present, loving, supportive aunt as one of her most important jobs.

Elishah earned her B.S. in Business Administration and a J.D. from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. She plans to begin a M.S. in Human Resources at Florida International University in 2023 and obtain her MBA from FIU soon after.
