Simone Butterfield

Simone Butterfield (MCIPD) is an accomplished People Projects & Services Manager at Shepherd Neame Ltd since January 2022, where key achievements include the successful implementation of an online recruitment platform and the launch of comprehensive engagement surveys to enhance employee satisfaction.
