Jill Vogel, PHR, has over 16 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager and previously as HR Generalist at Pearl Companies since April 2007. In this role, Jill Vogel effectively serves as a communication link between management and employees, addressing inquiries, administering policies, and guiding the corrective action process. Jill Vogel oversees recruitment for both Pearl Insurance and Pearl Technology, managing the entire recruitment process from identifying needs to selecting candidates. Prior to Pearl Companies, Jill Vogel worked as an Account Administrator at Wachovia Securities Financial Network from 2003 to 2007.
