Andrew Hatfield

Andrew Hatfield is a highly experienced educator and leader in the field of percussion, serving as President and Instructor of Drums Unlimited's "Renegades of Rhythm" since June 2005, where an independent marching drumline for youth is operated. As a private drums and percussion instructor at Hutchison School since August 2012, Andrew offers lessons to students from 1st to 12th grade, focusing on music reading and technique. Additionally, as the Director of the "Gryphon Drum Brigade" at St. George's Independent School since June 2010, Andrew coordinates and instructs the ensemble. Andrew is recognized as an endorsed educator and artist by several major drum corporations, including Sabian Ltd, Pearl Corporation, Vic Firth Company, and Remo Inc. Further contributing to the drumming community, Andrew was the founding director of a drum corps at Memphis University School from June 2014 to May 2017.
