Robert Thyrion has extensive work experience in various management roles. Robert started their career in 2005 as the owner of Thyrion LLC, where they provided back office management support and handled tasks such as hiring, training, and managing finances. In 2008, they worked as a Call Center Supervisor at Sykes, where they managed a team of agents providing customer service for a banking client.
From 2010 to 2013, Robert worked for different organizations. At the US Census Bureau, they served as a Crew Leader Assistant, managing a team of quality assurance Enumerators. Robert also worked as a Site Manager, responsible for running a local community site for the distribution of materials related to the 2010 Census.
In 2010, Robert joined Affiliated Computer Services as a Customer Service Supervisor. Robert later moved to Convergys in 2011, where they worked as a Team Leader for a new product launch, managing a team of virtual agents handling customer service for a top online retailer.
From 2013 to the present, Robert has been working at Pearl Interactive Network Inc., where they have held several roles. Robert started as a Sr. Contact Center Supervisor, overseeing the launch of a new US Government contract. Robert then progressed to roles such as Production Manager, WFO Site Supervisor, Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and finally, Director of Business Support. In these positions, Robert was responsible for leading teams, managing projects, implementing operational strategies, and handling contract performance and revenue.
Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated expertise in team management, project implementation, and contract operations.
Robert Thyrion holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained in 2017. Prior to that, they earned another Bachelor's Degree in Education from Eastern Kentucky University between 2011 and 2015. In 2011, they also completed an Associate of Science degree in Education at Bluegrass Community & Technical College. Additionally, in May 2022, Robert obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Experience Performance Leader from COPC Inc.
