Wes Hart is a Managing Director at Pearl Meyer & Partners, with extensive experience in executive compensation consulting. Prior to their current role, Wes held positions at companies such as Buck Consultants, Mercer Human Resource Consulting, and KPMG, where Wes focused on executive compensation. Wes also has a background in mechanical engineering, having worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Texas Instruments. Wes holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Behavior Science from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
