They have held roles such as VP of Sales & Marketing, Sales Manager, Inside Sales Representative, and Web Developer at various companies. Mac is currently a Conference Committee Member and Marketing Committee Co-Chair at PEARL. At Maddox Industrial Transformer, they handle larger accounts, set sales goals, find new target markets, coordinate sales and technical training, hire new talent, build sales tools, and invest in training up the next generation of sales reps. Prior to this, Mac managed IT systems and developed web applications for the sales team at Sunbelt Transformer.
