Donna O'Quinn

Donna O'Quinn is the Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Pearl River Community College, where Donna has been working since 2008. Prior to that, Donna held the same position at The University of Southern Mississippi from 2002 to 2008. Donna holds a Master's degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from William Carey University and is dedicated to helping Mississippi students and their families pursue higher education opportunities.
