Carole Brand

Carole Brand is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Choctaw Resort Development Enterprise. Prior to this role, Carole held positions at companies such as Phelps Dunbar LLP, Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, and the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Mississippi. Carole has a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi State University.
