Cindy Heffner

Cindy Heffner has a variety of work experience spanning different industries. Cindy is currently working as a Marketing Manager at Pearl Solutions Group since February 2021. Prior to that, they were the Owner/Operator of CupBaked Cafe since January 2005.

In terms of their marketing background, Cindy worked as a Marketing Manager at Fall Protection Systems from October 2019 to December 2020. Here, they were responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, creating content for websites and social media platforms, and implementing lead generation and engagement strategies.

At Safety National, Cindy held multiple roles. From December 2017 to September 2019, they worked as a Communications Manager, where they developed thought leadership strategies, executed messaging strategies, and identified opportunities for industry events. Cindy was also a Business Development Operations Assistant Manager from July 2013 to December 2017, leading application development and collaborating with Salesforce development teams. Before that, they worked as an Underwriting Technical Support and Report Technician from June 2012 to July 2013, where they assisted in software testing and documentation.

Furthermore, Cindy has experience in nonprofit organizations. Cindy worked as a Campaign Manager - Team In Training at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society from October 2005 to September 2011. In this role, they engaged volunteers and created content for local campaigns.

Prior to their marketing and nonprofit roles, Cindy worked as the Director of Community Relations and Group Sales at Wichita Thunder - Central Hockey League. During their tenure from 2003 to 2005, they developed outreach programs, coordinated player appearances and events, and organized promotional activities to boost ticket sales and community interest.

Cindy Heffner has a Master's Degree in Marketing from Lindenwood University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to their Master's Degree, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications: Management from Lindenwood University from 1999 to 2001. Before attending Lindenwood University, Cindy Heffner attended Truman State University from 1997 to 1998 and studied Communications, although they did not receive a degree from that institution.

In addition to their formal education, Cindy Heffner has obtained several certifications. Cindy obtained an OSHA 10 Hour certification from ClickSafety in October 2019. Cindy also holds certifications from HubSpot Academy, including the HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certified in March 2021 and the HubSpot Marketing Software Certified in February 2021. Finally, they obtained a license as a Real Estate Agent from the Missouri Realtors Association in August 2005.
