Anne Haerle is an accomplished culinary and beverage professional with extensive experience in innovation and operations within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as VP of Innovation and Operations, Culinary and Beverage at Pearl West Restaurant Group since November 2020, Anne specializes in menu development, brand creation, and new restaurant openings. Prior experience includes roles as Concept Development and Culinary at Synergy Restaurant Consultants, President of Hatch Food Lab LLC, and Culinary R&D Chef at Pelican Brewing Company, among others.
