Margaret started their career as a Marketing Coordinator at Clarins, a French cosmetics company. Margaret then moved to Globe Media, where they were the Sales Manager. After two years, they became the Fashion Manager at Esquire Magazine.

In 1998, they joined Stanton Chase International, a executive search firm, as a Principal. Margaret remained with the company for three years before moving to their current role at Pearl360 Partners.
